چکیده

Abstract Soil erosion is a serious hazards occurring in overlaying diluvial fans of shallow underground pipelines. To learn the extent soil such landforms, we propose method susceptibility assessment based on case study Chaka fan, Qinghai Province, China. First, conducted field investigation at 24 sites, to obtain land surface properties. Then, vital information as anti-scouribility, permeability, density, sectional water volume, and pipeline burial depth was collected. The slope grade vegetation index were determined with geographic system (GIS) technology. Further, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) used determine weight various indices potential classification area obtained GIS overlay analysis tool. Lastly, compared results investigation. Their consistency indicates that proposed can be successfully implemented accurately assess erosion. mechanism occlusion cementation have an important influence intensity

the present study sought to investigate the role of dynamic assessment (da) in improvement of iranian efl writing performance at different language proficiency levels. to this end, after conducting the quick placement test, 60 iranian efl learners were assigned to two groups with different language proficiency levels. in both groups each participant wrote two compositions, one before and one af...

assessment of the efficiency of s.p.g.c refineries using network dea

data envelopment analysis (dea) is a powerful tool for measuring relative efficiency of organizational units referred to as decision making units (dmus). in most cases dmus have network structures with internal linking activities. traditional dea models, however, consider dmus as black boxes with no regard to their linking activities and therefore do not provide decision makers with the reasons...

assessment of deep word knowledge in elementary and advanced iranian efl learners: a comparison of selective and productive wat tasks

testing plays a vital role in any language teaching program. it allows teachers and stakeholders, including program administrators, parents, admissions officers and prospective employers to be assured that the learners are progressing according to an accepted standard (douglas, 2010). the problems currently facing language testers have both practical and theoretical implications but the first i...

Accuracy Assessment of Gully Erosion Susceptibility Map Using SVM and MARS Methods in Shazand Watershed

Gully erosion found to be typical erosion form in semiarid and arid landscape. Because of the importance of this phenomenon, various studies have been conducted around the world to assess gully erosion and its effects. The purpose of this research was accuracy assessment of gully erosion susceptibility maps using SVM and MARS models in the Shazand watershed. Acquiring information about the gull...
